    Tory Schalkle is currently the Senior Vice President of Enterprise Strategy. He has worked for over a decade in management consulting, private equity, and two Fortune 100 companies, where he learned a lot about strategy and business development. Before this, Schalkle got his MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management, where he was one of only four McKinsey Emerging Scholars. Tory is a Kellogg's Leadership Circle member and interviews Northwestern University applicants who are alumni. Schalkle is a dedicated father who was born and raised in Minnesota. He and his family live in Wayzata. (MN). They usually cross-country ski, ride bikes, or hike around Lake Minnetonka on the weekends. He is the Senior Vice President of Enterprise Strategy. He has advised CEOs and senior executives, led enterprise-wide strategy projects, started an internal analytics venture, managed a 10-person team, and grew a $300 million business by 13% annually.

     

    Tory J.R. Schalkle used to work for a U.S. Senator and a think tank before he got into management and corporate strategy. He is still very involved in his community. He is on the Wayzata City Council's Park & Trail Board, works with groups to keep more talented people in Minnesota, and helps non-profits that help financially struggling families. For example, the first non-profit that J.R. Schalkle, a Conservative, helped to start was named one of the 10 "Champions of Change" by President Obama. Another fundraiser he set up for a family whose children had been hit by a driver trying to escape police made headlines in major Minnesota newspapers and on TV. Schalkle and his wife are proud nerds. They attended a crossword tournament, an NPR show, and a PowerPoint presentation on their first date. They also love to travel, have been to more than 30 countries, and have lived in both Hong Kong and Norway.

    Tory Schalkle is a Senior Vice President of Enterprise Strategy with more than a decade of experience in the private equity, management consulting, and Fortune 100 industries. Tory loves spending time outdoors with his wife and kids - it's their favorite way to spend a weekend! On the weekends, they frequently go biking, hiking, or cross-country skiing around Lake Minnetonka.

     

    Tory is a senior executive with over 20 years of experience leading and executing enterprise-wide strategy projects, launching new businesses, and driving growth in revenue and profitability. Most recently, he managed a ten-person team that increased a $300 million company's revenue by 13% annually. Tory has also been recognized as a thought leader in applying data analytics to business problems and was the founder of an internal analytics venture at his last company.

     

    Tory Schalkle is a man of many talents and accomplishments. He has worked for a think tank and a senator in the United States and continues to be deeply committed to his neighborhood, serving on the Wayzata City Council's Park & Trail Board, collaborating with groups to improve Minnesota's talent retention, and supporting charities that assist low-income families.

     

    Schalkle is an openly nerdy husband and father of two amazing kids. They share a love of learning and exploring new things together. His first dates with his wife included giving a PowerPoint presentation, attending an NPR program, and competing in a state crossword contest.

     

    They also enjoy traveling; they have visited more than 30 nations and have lived in Hong Kong and Norway. Tory loves experiencing new cultures and believes that travel is one of the best ways to learn about our world.
